10+ Years Experience
Babar Khan Lodhi — Karachi's Trusted CCTV Expert
I am Babar Khan Lodhi, founder and lead technician at CCTVKarachi.com. For the past 10+ years, I have personally handled CCTV camera installations across Karachi and now manage a dedicated team of trained security professionals.
My Professional Journey
I began my journey working at a small electronics shop, where I quickly noticed a widespread challenge across Karachi: while many people wanted security cameras installed, poor workmanship, substandard wiring, and unreliable after-sales support left clients frustrated. That inspired me to build a company committed solely to 100% genuine equipment, neat standard cabling, and dependable service.
To date, we have installed over 2,000 security cameras across residential bungalows, apartment buildings, retail stores, corporate offices, educational institutions, and industrial warehouses throughout Karachi. I personally survey every project site and supervise our technicians on-site to guarantee optimal viewing angles and zero blind spots.
My philosophy is simple and transparent: the price quoted upfront is the final price you pay, and our phone lines remain open to support you long after installation day. That dedication is why the vast majority of our new projects come directly through recommendations from satisfied repeat clients.

Our Professional CCTV Installation Standards
Why is personal on-site supervision essential for every CCTV project?
The true value of a security surveillance system is put to the test only when an unfortunate incident occurs and clear forensic footage is urgently needed. If a camera is positioned at an improper angle, mounted incorrectly, or has failed to record due to a drive fault, the entire investment is wasted. That is why Babar Khan Lodhi personally reviews and approves the security layout for every project — determining exact camera placements, mounting heights, and nighttime illumination coverage — ensuring our field technicians execute the installation to exact technical specifications.
Key insights learned from over 10 years of security work in Karachi
- Street robberies and snatching incidents predominantly involve motorbikes — making it vital that gate cameras are angled specifically to capture approaching riders' faces
- Recording interruptions during sudden load-shedding outages represent the most common security vulnerability; reliable battery backup is non-negotiable
- Karachi's intense coastal humidity, heat, and airborne salt drastically degrade the lifespan of cheap plastic outdoor camera housings
- Hiding and physically locking the DVR or NVR recorder inside a secure enclosure is essential, preventing intruders from simply stealing the footage recorder itself
Our long-term commitment to customers beyond installation
Once camera installation is complete, we provide hands-on training to ensure you are fully confident navigating the mobile viewing app, searching past video recordings, and exporting incident clips. Whenever a camera unexpectedly drops offline or you require password recovery support months later, the exact same technical team that installed your system is available to assist you. This dedicated, dependable after-sales customer support is the cornerstone of our reputation across Karachi.
